Section 1
Important: Please read this disclaimer carefully before engaging Sonnaluth's services. By booking a consultation or purchasing any service, you confirm that you have read and understood this disclaimer in full.
Sonnaluth is the trading name of Jack Tierney, a sole trader operating as a performance science consultancy. I provide athletes and individuals with personalised performance optimisation insights, including the contextualisation and discussion of biomarker data in the context of health, longevity, and athletic performance.
The services provided by Sonnaluth do not constitute medical advice, clinical diagnosis, or medical treatment of any kind. I am not a registered medical practitioner, and no information provided through my services should be interpreted as a substitute for professional medical advice from a qualified healthcare provider.
If you have any concerns about your health, you should consult your GP or a registered specialist immediately. Do not delay seeking medical advice or disregard professional medical advice on the basis of information obtained through Sonnaluth.
Blood sample collection and laboratory analysis are performed by accredited third-party laboratory partners, independent of Sonnaluth. At the time of your service engagement, you will be informed of the specific laboratory that will conduct your blood draw. Each laboratory partner is engaged under its own Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, which govern that laboratory's relationship with you directly.
I have no involvement in, and accept no liability for, the collection, processing, or accuracy of laboratory results. I am not in partnership, joint venture, or agency with any laboratory partner.
I use third-party biomarker interpretation software to support my performance science consultancy. Such tools are used solely to assist my analysis and do not represent a clinical or diagnostic service. I am not responsible for the outputs, accuracy, or methodology of any third-party platform used in this way.
| Party | Role | Liability Scope |
|---|---|---|
| Third-party laboratory | Blood sample collection & raw results | Governed by that laboratory's own T&Cs |
| Interpretation platform | Biomarker interpretation software | Governed by that platform's own terms |
| Sonnaluth | Performance science consultancy & synthesis | This disclaimer governs this layer only |
Where biomarker results suggest a potential clinical concern, I will recommend that you follow up with your GP or a registered medical professional. This is a firm boundary of the service, not optional guidance.
To the fullest extent permitted by Irish law, I shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from reliance on information, reports, or recommendations provided through Sonnaluth's services. This limitation does not apply to losses caused by my fraud or gross negligence, or to any statutory rights you hold under the Consumer Rights Act 2022 or applicable Irish or EU law.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts. If you are engaging from outside Ireland, you are responsible for ensuring that using Sonnaluth's services complies with the laws of your own jurisdiction.
Section 2
